Abrasive Powders are available in the following quantities:

Aluminum Oxide Grinding Powders
Aluminum oxide grinding powders for fine grinding or rough polishing of petrographic specimens, soft metals and their alloys, and cross-sections of electronic devices. Softer than diamond or silicon carbide. Normally used in a slurry.
White Fused Aluminum Oxide is a high purity fused aluminum oxide. It achieves its white color as it is lower in impurities than brown or pink fused aluminum oxide. It typically has higher friability than brown fused aluminum oxide. With a Mohs hardness of 9, Aluminum Oxide is a high strength, wear-resistant material possessing a strong ability to resist vigorous chemical attacks (such as acid and alkali) at extreme temperatures. Its high degree of refractoriness, along with its superior electrical insulating properties, dielectric properties, and high melting point make White Fused Aluminum Oxide a desirable material choice for a diverse range of applications.
Silicon Carbide Grinding Powders
Silicon carbide grinding powders for fine grinding or rough polishing of semiconductors, ceramics and ferrous materials. Softer than diamond but harder than aluminum oxide Normally used as a slurry.
Silicon Carbide Powder (or SiC) is designed for grinding and lapping operations where high precision finishes are required and processing costs are important.Silicon Carbide Powder is excellent for use in a wide variety of applications such as grinding non-ferrous materials and finishing tough and hard materials. Most often, it is mixed with distilled water to create either a thin liquid or paste-like compound depending upon the powder to water ratio.
